The Right to Cancel 

You may legally cancel your order up to the point of despatch for items which have not been commissioned with personal features and up to the point of processing (after payment is received but work has not commenced) for items which have been commissioned with personal features.

Returns Policy

Once received, if you are dissatisfied with your Earls Croome Pottery product you may return it to us for a refund or exchange, subject to the circumstances of return. If your goods are damaged when you receive them, I will replace them if you send me a photograph of the broken pieces. Exchanges or refunds for items are for the value of that item and must be received undamaged. Please return the item within 1 week of receipt and undamaged.
